Vanilla Wow Private Server Recomendations

So I haven't played on a WoW private server since 2016 or so (Kronos Vanilla). I used to play classic WoW which was great fun. However, since TBC was released, the servers have been down and I've really long for vanilla. Are there any private servers for vanilla that are doing well or are they all dead?

The two most popular servers at the moment are vanilla +, custom, and turtle wow. Both servers have about 1000 players at peak.

The blizzlike options available for darrowshire are Kronos and Kronos. I haven’t heard of them in quite a while, however, I was recently told that they were selling around 300 pop. I don't whether that's true or not.

There's also chromiectaft. it's vanilla content on 3.3.5 (with raids overturned to compensate) It's also at a 1000-ish pop, but it will eventually progress to tbc once vanilla content is finished (they're only at mc so there's plenty of time)

Chromiecraft is the server I didn't know I was looking for. It has all the right boxes and I just discovered it.

custom vanilla servers are doing well, not sure about pure vanilla.

Kronos for pure vanilla, PVP (you can also play Darrowshire but the quality is way below Kronos). wow servers

Turtlewow for vanilla alternatives, PVE optional PVP.

How do you make the kronos pop? people levelling?

They're all dead for real Vanilla servers as of right now due to SOM and Classic the only ones barely alive are custom.

There are many custome vanilia servers. I am currently playing on V+ (vanilia plus). It has some amazing class rebalancing, the mob ability, and changed the majority of the items.

For me , it's great since it takes all the great things from vanilia while remixes many of the songs giving it a new feel to it. It allows you to re-discover the world and attempt to create something be different while still having a familiar feel to it

There are many other servers, so be sure to look around.

Turtle wow. wow servers It is in hardcore mode...ironman challenge. Wow is given a new lease of life.

The problem for me is that the server has custom races added including high elf (BE basically, but ALLY sided) and goblins...

What's wrong with custom-made races? They are optional however, old races are still available. The team is interested in Warcraft the lore, therefore these are not random additions.

I would say Turtle WoW is my favorite.
